Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods and how to update your billing information.

LoveAutomate uses Stripe for secure payment processing.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice (net 30 terms).

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Save changes

Your new payment method will be used for the next billing cycle.

Payment Security

  • All payments are processed through Stripe
  • We never store your full card number
  • PCI DSS Level 1 compliant
  • 3D Secure support for additional protection

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We'll retry automatically after 3 days
  2. You'll receive an email notification
  3. If payment fails 3 times, your account is downgraded to Free
  4. Update your payment method to restore your plan immediately

Refunds

  • Cancel within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund
  • No refunds for partial billing periods after 14 days
